1. Acceptance of this Policy

Welcome to PolarSpace (hereinafter "the App"). This Privacy Policy is a legal agreement between you and the independent operator of the App ("we", "us", or "our") regarding your download, installation and use of the App. This Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect your personal information. If you do not agree with any provision of this Policy, please do not install, run or use the App.

2. Service Description & Technical Nature

PolarSpace is a technical tool that provides multi-account management, environment isolation and sandboxed file management. We leverage virtualization and sandbox technology to create independent session environments locally on your device, helping you manage multiple third-party social or application accounts.

• Technology neutrality: We only provide an underlying technical environment. We do not participate in the feature development of third-party platforms, do not modify their data logic, and are not responsible for your actions on those platforms.
• Local-first: The core functionality and file management of the App run locally on your device.
• Risk acknowledgement (important): You acknowledge that third-party platforms may detect and restrict "multi-instance" or "non-official environment" logins. If your third-party account is banned, restricted, or experiences data loss as a result of using the App, you bear the risk and we assume no legal liability.

3. Intellectual Property

The ownership of the App, including its code, interface design, logo and related intellectual property rights, belongs to us. Without authorization, you may not reverse engineer, decompile, attempt to extract source code from, or resell the App.

4. Disclaimer

• The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee full compatibility with every mobile device, nor do we guarantee that the service will never be interrupted or blocked by third-party platforms.
• We are not liable for tool failures caused by force majeure, system maintenance, network failure, telecommunications fluctuations, or changes in third-party platform policies.

5. How We Collect & Use Information

In addition to local data storage required for the core functionality, we collect limited information through integrated third-party SDKs:

Device information & identifiers

• Device model, operating system version
• IDFA (iOS — requires user authorization)
• Google Advertising ID (GAID), Android ID
• IP address

App usage data

• Page visit statistics
• Feature click records
• Crash logs
• Installation and launch times

Purpose: to optimize product experience, measure active users, and allow advertising partners to deliver more relevant ads.

6. Third-Party Services & SDK Disclosure

To provide advertising and analytics, we integrate the following types of third-party SDKs:

Advertising (e.g. AdMob, Pangle)

• Collected: device identifiers (IDFA / GAID), coarse location, ad-interaction data.
• Purpose: displaying personalized or non-personalized ads, measuring ad performance.

Analytics (e.g. Firebase, AppsFlyer)

• Collected: launch times, feature clicks, crash reports, IDFV / Android ID.
• Purpose: analyzing user behavior, improving product features, troubleshooting technical issues.

Note: Third-party providers process your data according to their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing their official policies.

7. Permission Usage

• Tracking permission (iOS IDFA): On iOS 14.5+, we request the "Tracking" permission. You may decline — this does not affect functionality, but ad relevance may decrease.
• Network permission: Used to load ad creatives, upload anonymous analytics, and validate subscription status.
• App list (Android QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES): Used solely to detect and display apps installed on your device so you can choose targets to clone.
• File access: Used by the sandbox file manager to read, store or export files you specify within the isolated environment.

8. Your Privacy Choices

• Opt out of ad tracking: iOS — Settings → Privacy → Tracking; Android — Settings → Google → Ads. You may reset or disable your advertising identifier at any time.
• Delete your data: Uninstalling the App deletes all local data. For anonymous data stored on third-party analytics platforms, contact us via email and we will process your request.

9. Data Security & Storage

We do not upload extremely sensitive data such as your third-party account passwords to our servers. Advertising and analytics data are transmitted using encrypted protocols (SSL / TLS).

10. Protection of Minors & Guardian Notice

• Eligibility: The App is not directed at minors under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
• Guardian obligations: If a guardian discovers that a minor has used the service without authorization, please contact us by email to delete the relevant data. Guardians should also guide minors not to use multi-account features to circumvent third-party platforms' anti-addiction systems.

11. Legal Compliance (GDPR & CCPA)

For users in the European Union (GDPR) or California (CCPA), you have the right to access, review and request deletion of your device-identifier information. Because we do not store real-identity information (such as name or phone number), you may exercise the most complete data deletion right by uninstalling the App.
