PolarSpace User Agreement

Please read carefully. By downloading, installing, registering or actually using PolarSpace and related services, you confirm that you have fully read and accepted all terms of this Agreement. This Agreement becomes effective between you and the independent operator of PolarSpace.

1. Acceptance & Modification

1.1 Acceptance

Your act of downloading, installing, registering or actually using PolarSpace (hereinafter "the App") and related services indicates that you have fully read and accepted all the terms of this Agreement. This Agreement is thereby established and takes effect between you and the independent operator of the App ("we", "us" or "the Operator").

1.2 Modification

We may revise this Agreement from time to time in accordance with changes in laws, regulations or product features. The revised version supersedes the original upon publication. Your continued use after publication constitutes acceptance of the new version.

2. Service Content & Nature

2.1 Service definition

The App is a multi-account management and sandbox file management tool. We provide multiple independent runtime environments and isolated storage spaces through technical means, helping you manage multiple social-platform or app accounts on the same device and the files generated by them.

2.2 Technology neutrality

We only provide underlying technical tools. We do not participate in any third-party platform's feature development, do not modify their data, and are not responsible for your operations on those platforms.

2.3 Compliance declaration

You understand and agree that, when using the App to manage third-party accounts, you must simultaneously comply with the user agreements and guidelines of each third-party platform (such as WeChat, Telegram, Instagram, etc.).

3. Account & File Management

3.1 Rights of ownership

Third-party accounts that you log into via the App, together with their associated rights, belong to the respective third-party platforms and to you personally.

3.2 File security

The App includes a built-in file manager used to manage data generated within the sandbox environment. As a local tool, the App does not, in principle, store your third-party login credentials or private files.

3.3 Risk obligations

You shall properly safeguard your device and related passwords. Any data loss caused by device loss, account leakage or proactive deletion of the App shall be borne by you.

4. User Conduct

4.1 Prohibited actions

You commit to the following while using the App. You shall not:

  1. Use the App for behaviors that violate laws, regulations or third-party platform rules, such as fraudulent transactions, marketing harassment, scams, or spreading false information;
  2. Illegally attack, interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the App or any third-party platform through technical means;
  3. Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.

4.2 Personal responsibility

If you suffer consequences due to violating a third-party platform's agreement (such as account suspension caused by violating multi-instance rules), you bear them independently. If such conduct causes loss to the Operator, you shall compensate accordingly.

5. Privacy Protection

We take your privacy extremely seriously. We only collect the data necessary to provide multi-account management and file management functions. See the Privacy Policy for details.

6. Protection of Minors & Guardian Notice

6.1 Eligibility

The App is primarily intended for adults. If you are a minor, please read this Agreement together with your guardian and use the App only with their consent.

6.2 Guardian obligations

Guardians should supervise minors using the App safely, and pay special attention to preventing minors from using multi-account features to circumvent third-party platforms' anti-addiction systems.

6.3 Special restrictions

We may restrict certain features for minors in accordance with applicable laws. If a minor uses the App in violation (e.g. to evade monitoring), the guardian bears the consequences.

7. Disclaimer (Important)

7.1 Provided "as-is"

The service is provided on an "as-is" basis. Given the closed nature of operating systems and uncertainty in third-party platform policies, we do not guarantee that multi-account features will always avoid detection, or that the service will never be interrupted.

7.2 Risk notice

Third-party platforms may ban multi-account behavior. The Operator is not liable for feature failure, account restriction or data loss caused by changes in such policies.

7.3 Force majeure

The Operator is exempt from liability for losses caused by system maintenance, network failures, telecommunications fluctuations, government actions, or other events of force majeure.

8. Intellectual Property & Legal Disputes

8.1 Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the Operator. Without permission, the App may not be used for commercial purposes.

8.2 Governing law & jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be settled through friendly consultation; if consultation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to a competent People's Court in the Operator's place of domicile for litigation.
